Privacy Notice
Effective 2026-10-26
Pro Tree Service Boise ("we", "us") runs protreeserviceboise.com. This page describes what information we receive through the site and what we do with it.
The information involved
We receive three kinds of information. First, anything you enter in our forms (name, phone, email, ZIP code, the service and your message). Second, call records when you phone us (your number, when you called, how long the call lasted and, where enabled, a recording and transcript). Third, basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and the page that referred you.
What we do with it
- Replying to you and arranging an estimate or service visit
- Completing the work you ask for
- Keeping out spam and fraudulent submissions
- Understanding which pages lead to requests
Sharing
We pass information along only when it is needed to run the site, take calls and complete your job. That means our form, phone and scheduling providers and the technicians who carry out the work. Your personal information is not sold.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information at any time. Call (208) 369-9847 or write to us through the contact form on this site.
Calls, texts and email
Asking for an estimate means we may follow up by call, text or email about it. Standard message and data rates can apply. Text STOP to opt out of text messages.
Storage and security
We keep request records only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect them with reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this notice
We may revise this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
